The Right Way to Go

We read the Times Travel Section every Sunday. Last October there was a full-page spread on an excursion to Singapore, including air aboard Singapore Airlines, hotel, some meals; and the price was right.

Singapore Airlines was superb in their elite services, which were completely free even in economy. For once we had no baggage damage as it is containerized, and a fragile package we had checked was delivered directly to our home. There is no doubt that it is the No. 1 airline in the world, also true of their base airport in Singapore--not only clean and modern but features free phone calls, baggage carts and hot water in restrooms.
