“Giants Among Men.” “Mile High Champions.” NFL Films. $19.95. These 55-minute tributes to the New York Giants and the Denver Broncos were speedily assembled and on the market only a couple of weeks after the teams fought it out in the Super Bowl. Both programs, mainly highlights from all of each team’s games last season, may interest fans--but . . . “Mile High Champions” is really a yawner unless you’re a Broncomaniac. Denver is such a boring team that any documentary about it would have to be dull. Predictably, its 39-20 drubbing in the Super Bowl is glossed over. The Giants are more interesting. Their video, with fascinating footage of historic games and players, is much more thorough and entertaining. And, of course, there’s plenty of Super Bowl footage here .
