BEIRUT —
A Lebanese employee of the Turkish Embassy was found shot dead in his West Beirut apartment, police said Wednesday.
They said Burhan Doumani’s widow told them that two gunmen burst into the home on Tuesday. After a heated argument, the gunmen tied her up and locked her in a bathroom before killing her husband. Officials at the Turkish Embassy in East Beirut were not available for comment.
