Patricia A. Browne has been appointed vice president and associate general counsel of Financial Corp. of Santa Barbara and its principal subsidiary, Santa Barbara Savings & Loan Assn. Prior to joining Financial Corp. of Santa Barbara, Browne was associate counsel with Martin Marietta Corp.
