Freddie Mac Purchases IMCO Realty Mortgages
The Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. has announced plans to purchase up to $75 million of fixed-rate mortgages from Santa Rosa-based IMCO Realty Services. The agreement will increase the amount of fixed-rate mortgage money available through IMCO’s 18 branch offices in California and Hawaii, a Freddie Mac official said.
