Pan American World Airways has begun offering a $999 round-trip economy fare between the United States and India. The fare, which represents a 29% drop, is available for travel to Bombay and New Delhi from any of the 22 U.S. cities served by the airline, as well as from Philadelphia and Baltimore, which are served by Pan Am Express. There are no advance-purchase restrictions, but travel must begin by June 10 and travelers must stay in India a minimum of 14 days.

The 19th annual Anaheim Boat Show, “The Boat Lovers’ Boat Show,” will be presented by H. Werner Buck Enterprises March 25-29 at the Anaheim Convention Center, 800 W. Katella Ave., Anaheim.
