Trident 2 Missile Scores 2nd Straight Test Success

KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, Fla. —
A Trident 2 submarine missile roared off a land launching pad Tuesday and scored a second straight test success for the Navy’s newest, most powerful rocket, officials said. The missile hurled a dummy warhead to an Atlantic Ocean target area several thousand miles to the southeast, they said.
