Career Officer to Be Named as U.S. Envoy to Bulgaria

WASHINGTON — President Reagan said Friday that he plans to nominate Sol Polansky, a career member of the Foreign Service, as ambassador to Bulgaria. He would succeed Melvyn Levitsky.
