Benequity Holdings, Los Angeles, a California limited partnership, and some of its joint-venture partners said they sold three properties in California and Missouri for $30 million. The buyer was not disclosed. Benequity Holdings said it also acquired two parcels of land valued at more than $5 million for commercial and industrial development in Ontario, Calif.
