Trust Co. of the West named Nicholas F. Galluccio and R. James Miller senior vice presidents based in the firm’s New York and Los Angeles offices, respectively. The company also named four new assistant vice presidents in its Los Angeles office: Elnoise Jett Davis, Jeffrey E. Gundlach, Connice B. Lambirth and Abraham Ofer.
