Pioneer Electronics Leases in Long Beach

Pioneer Electronics USA Inc. has signed a 7 1/2-year lease valued at about $4 million for 54,000 square feet of office space in Watson Development Co.’s Watson Corporate Center, 2265 East 220th St., Long Beach.

The South Bay office of Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services represented Pioneer.
