Dataproducts Announces $30-Million Contract

Dataproducts said it received a five-year contract extension worth more than $30 million to supply computer printers to Siemens, the West German electronics conglomerate.

Woodland Hills-based Dataproducts is the nation’s largest independent maker of computer printers. The company earned $7.3 million on sales of $253.8 million for the nine months ended Dec. 27.
