The 23.5-acre, $45-million development in Channel Islands Harbor will include creation of more than eight acres of new waterway, a park and 100 boat slips. Units, ranging from 2,000 to 4,000 square feet, will be priced from $300,000 to $550,000.

The project is the first condominium construction for Shamrock Holdings, the Roy E. Voss has built more than 1,000 homes in Venture County. Corbin/Yamafuji & Partners Inc. of Irvine is the architect.
