First Financial Plaza in Encino reports 80% leasing of its available office space only nine months after its opening.

The $50-million, 220,000-square-foot office complex occupies a four-acre site at Ventura and Balboa boulevards.

Recently signed tenants are Freeman & Goldman and the Princeton Corp.
