Teachers’ Pension Fund Buys Building

A recently completed 237,730-square-foot office building at 21101 Hamilton Ave., Torrance, has been purchased by Teachers Insurance & Annuity Assn., a New York-based pension fund, for more than $40 million.

Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services’ South Bay office represented the seller, a partnership known as Information Industries I-2. The Seattle office of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Finance Services represented Teachers.
