Stephen E. Bauer has been named president of Newport Beach-based Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates Inc. Bauer will be responsible for Coldwell Banker residential franchise operations.

The company is the franchising entity of the Residential Brokerage Division within Coldwell Banker Residential Group.
