A man charged with murder after police found body parts in his refrigerator and half-naked women chained in his basement was charged with a second count of murder. Gary Heidnik, 43, had been charged last week in the death of Deborah Dudley, 23. He was charged Tuesday in the death of Sandra Lindsay, a 24-year-old retarded woman, police Detective Edward Tenuto said. Heidnik also was charged with kidnaping, unlawful restraint, rape, conspiracy, abuse of a corpse and possession of an instrument of a crime in the Lindsay case, said Terry Williamson, a spokesman for the district attorney’s office.
