Infant Found in Dumpster Recovering From Stabbing

CLEVELAND —
An hours-old boy stabbed nine times and left to die in a trash dumpster behind a tavern was reported in satisfactory condition and recovering well Sunday.
A hospital spokeswoman said the full-term infant, still unnamed, was found by a maintenance worker Friday morning. Dozens of people called Saturday and Sunday, offering to adopt him, she said.
