President Names General for U.S. Forces in Europe

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan has nominated Maj. Gen. George R. Stotser to become the next deputy commander of all U.S. Army forces in Europe, the Pentagon announced Friday. If confirmed by the Senate, he also would be promoted to lieutenant general.
