Health Care Reports Increase in Net Income

Health Care Property Investors Inc. said net income for the first quarter totaled $3.4 million, up 70% from just over $2 million in the comparable period last year. Revenues for the Costa Mesa-based real estate investment trust came to $9.5 million, a 72% increase over last year’s $5.5 million.
