Ex-Reagan Aide Speaks to Lecture at Cal State
Using $14,000 in state lottery money to attract two will-known speakers, Cal State Fullerton will launch its annual Communications Week on Monday.
Former White House Press Secretary Larry Speakes will be paid a $10,000 fee and ABC News media analyst Jeff Greenfield will get $4,000, said Ed Trotter, chairman of the university’s communication department.
Greenfield will speak at 11 a.m. Monday at the University Center building on campus. Speakes, who was President Reagan’s press secretary for six years, will speak at noon Monday in the Pacific Christian College theater. Both talks are free and open to the public.
