Fairfield Broadcasting will pay Price Communications $120 million for the stations. Those being sold are KIOI-FM, San Francisco; WNIC-FM and WMTG-AM, Detroit; WLAC-AM and FM, Nashville, Tenn., and KKOB-AM and FM, Albuquerque, N.M. Price would retain a 25% interest in the stations under terms of the sale, which is subject to approval by the Federal Communications Commission and Price stockholders, the company said in a statement.
