Ronald C. (Andy) Anderson, 44, was named a vice president of San Francisco-based McKesson Corp. Anderson also is president of McKesson’s newly created service merchandising division. McKesson is a distributor of non-durable consumer products, serving retail and health-care outlets nationally.
