Seven Oaks International of Memphis, Tenn., named President Harold E. Hill chairman and CEO, effective last Friday. Hill will succeed Sam A. Sarno Sr., who will remain a director and consultant for the firm after his retirement last Friday. Also, Sam A. Sarno Jr., a senior vice president, will succeed Hill as president.
