Wespercorp Says Judge OKs Settlement of Suit
Wespercorp, the Santa Ana manufacturer of computer peripherals, said a federal judge in Los Angeles has approved the company’s previously announced $750,000 settlement of a class-action suit that was filed in 1984. In that suit, stockholder Sam Weitschner claimed Wespercorp misrepresented financial information in a 1983 prospectus.
