‘Cronies and Honors’

The writer of your editorial is not very informed as to the contributions of Justin Dart in the field of public service. He is, of course, correct in his assessment of Dart’s assistance in the election of Reagan as governor and President. He is also correct in saying Dart was blunt-talking.

He skips entirely, however, public service activities, aside from politics, in which Justin Dart was most active, at least during the 40 years I knew, worked for and with him.
