Insurance Company Signs Lease at Nexus City Square

Beaver Insurance Co., Orange, has signed a $5-million, 10-year lease for 23,908 square feet of office space at Nexus City Square in Orange. The $100-million mixed-use office project, at The City Drive and Garden Grove Boulevard, is set for completion in early 1988.
