Toxic Treatments (U.S.A.) Inc., San Mateo, named five new vice presidents: Patrick J. Courtney, controller; Robert J. Donle, estimating; Philip La Mori, technical director; Michael H. Ridosh, marketing; and John R. Schilling, technical director. Additionally, Executive Vice President Alva G. Burnett adds the title chief operating officer. The company is involved in on-site cleanup of contaminated soils.
