Di Giorgio Corp., San Francisco, named Robert E. Mellor senior vice president and chief administrative officer. Mellor, who was previously vice president, general counsel and secretary of the corporation, will remain general counsel and secretary.

Di Giorgio also named Larry L. Davis senior vice president in charge of strategic planning and new business development planning activities. For the past six years, Davis has served as president of the company’s moldings division.
