Rolling Hills : Hearing Set on Club Plans
The City Council will hold a public hearing May 26 on plans to expand the Rolling Hills Country Club.
The council scheduled the hearing after resident Dan Butcher appealed a Planning Commission decision to allow a variance of height and lot coverage in the expansion of the club’s banquet facilities, locker room and retail space.
Butcher, who owns a vacant parcel bordering the country club at 27000 Palos Verdes Drive East, has objected to a portion of the variance pertaining to drainage between the two properties.
