ISLAMABAD, Pakistan —
A bomb exploded Thursday aboard a bus filled with Afghan refugees in Peshawar near the Afghanistan border, killing at least six people and wounding about 35, authorities said.
The blast was the fourth in Peshawar, 30 miles east of the Afghan border, in 24 hours. Such explosions are generally blamed on Afghan secret police agents, whom Pakistani authorities accuse of infiltrating the border areas to sow fear and dissent among the refugees and Pakistanis.
