‘Overriding Democracy’
Well the first days of the Iran-contra flap, as it is being rehashed by the House and Senate committees, has at least produced one new fact: retired Gen. Secord is probably a better man and certainly a better patriot than many of those congressmen who are presuming to sit in judgment on him.
