City Centre First Phase Fully Leased

The first 140,000-square-foot phase of the $12-million, 230,000-square-foot City Centre office development by Davis Developments, Newport Beach, has been fully leased in Orange.

The four-story, 90,000-square-foot second phase at The City Drive and the Santa Ana River has been topped out. The architect for the development is McLarand, Vasquez & Partners Inc., Costa Mesa.
