Nick Rose, 35, of Bristol, England, won the 10th annual Revco-Cleveland 10-kilometer race at Cleveland by sprinting past Jon Sinclair, 29, of Fort Collins, Colo., about 100 yards from the finish. Rose’s time was 28 minutes 50 seconds, Sinclair’s 28:51.

About 9,000 runners competed in the race.
