WHAT’S NEW IN VIDEO: It’s only fair. Videos sometimes give us headaches--especially when we run the video-rental rat race on weekends only to find out we’ve rented another lousy movie. So now Prism Video has come up a tape that claims to get rid of headaches. “Video Aspirin” is a 22-minute, tension-reducing tape. If your head is pounding at this moment, though, you’ll have to go to the medicine shelf instead of the videocassette shelf: “Video Aspirin” won’t be time-released until June 30. Information: (213) 277-3270. . . . Of course, for those old enough and moderate enough, there’s always the soothing balm of beer. Even better than drinking the stuff, how about making it yourself? “The Video Guide to Homebrewing” (from Producers Studio in Eugene, Ore.) shows how. The president of the American Homebrewers Assn. and three other experts give a 60-minute overview of the rules, the tools and the ingredients. Information: (503) 683-1400.
