Clothestime Inc. Reports 31.1% Increase in Sales

Clothestime Inc., the Anaheim-based chain of discount clothing stores for women, reported sales increased 31.1% to $40.9 million in its first quarter, ended May 2, from $31.2 million in revenues in last year’s first quarter.

The company also reported it opened 21 new stores during the quarter, bringing its total number of stores to 284 in 15 states.

Clothestime expects to announce earnings for the first quarter on May 21.
