Reagan to Go to Webster’s Swearing-In to CIA Post

WASHINGTON — President Reagan plans to attend the swearing-in Tuesday of William H. Webster as CIA director and to address employees at the agency’s headquarters in Langley, Va., the White House announced Thursday.
