Jurors in the 10-month-long “Twilight Zone” trial completed their first week of deliberation and recessed for the long Memorial Day weekend after hearing a stenographer read back testimony of a witness who testified eight months ago. The reading of hundreds of pages of testimony is expected to be completed Tuesday when deliberations resume. Film director John Landis and four others are charged with involuntary manslaughter in the deaths of actor Vic Morrow and two children during the filming of the movie in 1982.
