An NBC program called “Unsolved Mysteries” solved one this week when viewers identified a Tucson, Ariz., fugitive from pictures of him flashed on the program. Robert Weeks, 58, was arrested Tuesday after viewers identified him as the man wanted for questioning in the disappearances of at least three people--including his former wife--in the past 18 years. Weeks was booked into the Pima County Jail on fugitive charges stemming from an outstanding Las Vegas warrant for embezzlement. He also was being held at the FBI’s request. The television program, which aired Monday, described Weeks as a missing link in the mysterious disappearances of three women, all of whom had vanished after apparently being with him.
