Labor Dept. OKs $200,000 in Saragosa, Tex., Jobs Aid

WASHINGTON —
The Labor Department on Thursday approved $200,000 in emergency job-retraining funds for Saragosa, Tex., a remote farming community of 350 residents where a tornado last week killed 29 people and leveled most of the homes and businesses.
