Two hundred people marched on Dallas City Hall to protest the police shooting of an elderly black man, the latest development in the controversy surrounding the use of deadly force by city police. The march started at the retirement complex where crime watch volunteer David Horton, 81, was shot to death by police May 18. Police said Horton was shot and killed after he refused to drop his gun and fired two shots at officers.
