Two critically acclaimed novels, Dan Jenkins’ “Baja Oklahoma” and T. Jefferson Parker’s “Laguna Heat”--plus “Swallows Come Back” from “Mask” screenwriter Anna Hamilton Phelan--are among Home Box Office’s latest made-for-cable-movie projects. Announced by HBO Monday, “Heat” stars “L.A. Law” heartthrob Harry Hamlin, with Jason Robards, Rip Torn and Catherine Hicks. “Baja” stars Lesley Ann Warren and Peter Coyote and will be directed by Bobby Roth (“Heartbreakers”). “Swallows,” an action-suspense drama, stars C.
