Koll Co. to Develop Industrial Park

The Koll Co. will develop a 25-acre industrial park in Irwindale at Arrow Highway and Irwindale Avenue.

The $20-million project will include 305,000 square feet of multiple and single-tenant industrial and commercial buildings for sale and lease and an assortment of industrial and commercial sites for sale.

Cal Fed Income Properties, a subsidiary of California Federal Savings & Loan Assn., is joint venture partner for the two-phase project.
