Union Bank Tower Opens

Described as the largest high rise tower “between Woodland Hills and San Jose,” the Union Bank Tower at Esplanade Drive and Vineyard Ave., Oxnard, has opened with virtually 54% of its 22-stories leased, according to the developer, Martin V. Smith & Associates.
