Sun Microsystems Inc., Mountain View, has announced that Joseph A. Graziano, former chief financial officer for Apple Computer, has joined the firm as vice president of finance and chief financial officer. Graziano replaces Robert Smith, vice president and chief financial officer, who will remain at Sun full time until the end of the year and then continue to serve in an advisory capacity.
