Medical Firm Buys Newport Beach Offices

Tsumura Inc. has purchased a 12,000-square-foot office building at 155 N. Bristol Ave., Newport Beach, from Bristol Building Associates for $1.69 million.

Tsumura, an international medical company based in Japan, was represented by the Irvine office of the Seeley Co. Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services represented Bristol.
