Burnham Pacific Properties Inc., a San Diego-based real estate investment trust, has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an offering of up to $23 million in convertible debentures. Proceeds of the offering will be used to reduce existing debt and to purchase new investment property, according to President Louis J. Garday.
