Donna Rice may have made “Miami Vice” fans snooze, but she certainly helped ABC’s “20/20” soar into fourth place in last week’s Nielsen ratings, the program’s highest ranking in more than a year. Rice talked about her relationship with Hart in a lengthy interview with Barbara Walters. The A.C. Nielsen Co. list, released Tuesday, ranked the top 10 shows as: “Family Ties,” “The Cosby Show,” “Cheers,” “20/20,” “Golden Girls,” “Growing Pains,” “Murder, She Wrote,” “Crime of Innocence,” “Picking Up the Pieces” and “Who’s the Boss?” There were 68 programs in the survey, and the bottom five (in order) were “West 57th Street,” “Webster,” “Dads,” “Wizard” and “Gung Ho.” The full Nielsens list appears on Page 9.
