Paul Gann’s Crusade Against AIDS

Gann asks for universal AIDS-antibody testing. I cannot agree with him until he can point out a single item of advice to me that would differ depending on the outcome of the test.

I am single, and I already know not to engage in hazardous sexual practices. If I were a dentist (Gann’s example), I would already know I should wear gloves with all my patients. If I used needles, I would already know not to share them.

Please, Mr. Gann, before wasting everyone’s time and money on universal testing, tell me what difference it would make!
