Ground has been broken on the Agoura Hills Business Center, a mixed-use development near the Agoura Road and Ladyface Circle in Agoura Hills.
The $7-million first phase of the project calls for construction of two two-story office buildings with a total of 54,000 square feet of space. The buildings are scheduled for completion by January.
Three restaurants and retail space will be added in later phases. Developer is the Westlake Village office of Cabot Cabot & Forbes, and architect is the Thousand Oaks office of Barasch Architects & Associates Inc.
